Drama Triangle Course
From Drama To Empowerment: A Parent’s Guide To Empowering Healthy Relationships

When: Monday 17th March, 7.30pm
Parenting can be one of the most rewarding yet challenging experiences. Often, parents unknowingly find themselves caught in the Drama Triangle—a cycle of negative dynamics where one person plays the role of the Victim, Persecutor, or Rescuer. These roles can create frustration, conflict, and stress, not only in your relationships with your children but also with your partner and extended family.
This course is designed specifically for parents who want to break free from the Drama Triangle and replace it with healthier, more empowering patterns of communication. You’ll learn how to create a more peaceful, cooperative home environment while fostering strong, positive relationships with your children and loved ones.
